How You'll Make an Impact
" Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts, with presentations to management for review and approval
" Manage the ?nancial analysis and reporting, including regular reports outs of the ?nancial performance
" Develop and implement processes to improve the quality of the ?nancial operations
" Collect and prepare data to analyze the global ?nancial value ?ows
" Identify and prioritize business use cases within an international team to guarantee the most ef?cient solutions for our
" business users
" Validating potential improvements deriving the business impact
" Leading global projects in the area of digitalization
" Initiate, drive & develop Digital offerings in front end solutions, process optimizations, data connections
What You Bring
" University degree in the ?eld of Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
" A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance or Controlling
" Good knowledge of Excel, SAP, Tableau, Focus+, and DASH tools
" Ideally, experience in the digitization of controlling processes and initial experience in the use of digitization tools (e.g.: Alteryx)
" Business ?uent in English
" High experience in closing and forecasting activities
" High understanding of ?nancial processes and related systems
" High analytic skills in ?nancial KPIs
" A networker who can score points with strong communication skills and good time management
" Pronounced ability to work in a team and the joy of being able to make a difference together
